How It Works
1. Submit Your Application
Complete the Artist Donation Application below. Tell us about yourself and the items you'd like to donate.
2. We Review Your Submission
Our team reviews every application within 5–7 business days and will contact you with our decision.
3. Sign Your Donation Agreement
Once accepted, we'll send you an Artist Donation Agreement to review and sign digitally.
4. Ship or Drop Off Your Items
After your agreement is signed, we'll provide shipping or drop-off instructions. Please do not send items before this step.
5. We Handle Everything Else
CWC photographs, lists, sells, and ships your items — and sends proceeds to our partner charities. You just sit back and make an impact!
